    Ive been looking at these and doing some analysis on them and LOVE THEM!! I LOVE the amount of items that are available and cannot wait to get my surviving on! Keep up the great work and updates!!

    Nice pics Sanya, keep them coming. Love how simple yet detailed the inventory system looks. Juggling through and using your inventory quickly and wisely is going to be key for this type of game.

    Surveying is a nice idea. I wonder if it just marks these things for the scout or if the entire group gets the info. Hot swapping between a scout up high and scavenger on the ground could be intense.

    The rest we kind of knew a while back, didn't we? I remember talking about the infulence system and skill upgrades. One thing I remember is that skill upgrades were a group thing not long ago. Has that changed now?

    Yeah, something (possibly one of the articles before you came on board or possibly around PAX, not entirely sure) said that higher skill levels were unlocked for the group not just individuals. That could be taken a few ways, from the strongest affecting the power of the entire group, to the scenario I imagined.

    I presumed this was something like finding a book about say plumbing or even doing it so often that it levels up takes it to level 2 and then that is passed on to the other survivors so long as they have the plumbing skill and are capable of learning more about it. Combined with the fact we're base building I'd assume a training camp would be one thing to build so we can pass newly gained levels onto others with the skill by making them spend time in training. Add to that something like a character can only have so many total skill levels, making some specialists and some generalists essential. That's how I read it anyway.

    Furie, do you have a link to the article or post for that? I have not read anything like that on skills. Its possible I missed it though.

    I can see the surveying mechanic coming in great use in Class4 for checking out other buildings with survivors in it and finding out if they are friendly or not without getting one's head caved in!!

    I do have a quick question for Sanya though, I was wondering if the swapping between players can be done in real time, or do you have to be in a safe place or a base in order to swap out your survivor? So can I go from a survivor surveying the terrain and then quickly swap to a man on the ground nearby to deal with any threat I spot?? Completely copied the question from Furie, but it was a damn good question!!

    Anyone else notice the zombies on the radar have like a cone of attention? Like you can see where they're looking and see what their detection area is.

    Yeah I think that is for Hordes. In a PAX gameplay video I saw the same thing, except the guy ploughed through them and the cone was no more.
    I think it's there for when you're sneaking around a town by yourself, just so you don't get torn to utter and absolute shreds without having stood a chance.

    Thats a smart addition, but I hope there still remains a bit of challange if you want to sneak past zombies, and not just 'avoid the magic cone of sight'. That being said, the screenshots like positively epic, can't wait till I can control that inventory >.>

    So I was looking at the pics again. I LOVE the mechanic being used for getting items from the community, but one question. When you put something back, do you get your influence back? Also, do you get influence for bringing supplies in? So, if I take a bat and use influence to get it to go on a mission. On this mission I find a crowbar and some food. When I get back and I put the bat back, and give the crowbar and food to the community do I get influence for them? Like I would get cash for 'selling' them in most games?

    Thanks a bunch for the update Sanya.

    One question on the pic labeled "I can see my house from here." You can see a group of zombies around the structure with the ? he is scanning, but they do not appear on the HUD. Is that because he can see them visually already? Was curious as I was looking to see if I could make out the zombies indicated by the HUD on all the pictures.
